Haugen to host town halls on April 17
and 18 at four 10th District locales
OLYMPIA Area residents can hear a report from
this years legislative session, voice concerns and ask
questions of Sen. Mary Margaret Haugen, D-Camano Island,
at any of four town halls next week.
Haugen will host a variety of afternoon and evening
sessions in Snohomish and Skagit counties and on Whidbey
Island on April 17 and 18.
I want to hear what people are thinking about or
would like to know about, Haugen said. I look forward to
addressing questions about specific legislation or about
issues in general.
Town halls are scheduled for the following times and
locations:
Monday, April 17
- Snohomish County 4 p.m. at the Josephine Sunset
Home, 9901 272nd Place N.W., Stanwood
- Skagit County 7 p.m. at the La Conner High School
Library, 502 N. Sixth St.
Tuesday, April 18
- North/Central Whidbey 4 p.m. at the Coupeville
Recreational Hall, 901 N.W. Alexander St.
- South Whidbey 7 p.m. at the Langley United
Methodist Church, 301 Anthes Ave.
