Governor signs package of
bills addressing health care disparities
OLYMPIA – A comprehensive set of bills designed to
close the health care disparities gap was signed into law
Monday afternoon by Gov. Christine Gregoire, setting the
stage to make Washington one of the state leaders in working
to ensure that racial and ethnic minorities receive equal
health care treatment.
