$300,000 for Des Moines Beach Park historic buildings, (formerly Covenant Beach; currently listed on WA ST Historical Registry)

Sieke Memorial Japanese Gardens
$250,000 for relocation of Sieke Memorial Japanese Gardens, (former site of the Des Moines Way Nursery; Sieke must be moved due to the Third Runway Project)

Burien Town Square
$ 2 million for construction of a town square that aims to revitalize downtown and serve as the community's center on 10 city-owned acres. The project will include retail, for-sale condominiums, as well as a new city hall, public park and King County public library.

Springwood Youth Center
$300,000 for a the Springwood Youth Center, a recreation and activities center to serve youths from low-income families in the East Hill community; will be located on the Kent Family Center complex/area.

Highline-West Seattle Mental Health Center
$50,000 to upgrade two elevators to reduce the preservation backlog at the facility to the benefit of mental health consumers.

Pediatric Interim Care Center
$617,000 for expansion of the Pediatric Interim Care Center, which provides specialized, 24-hour care for drug-exposed and medically fragile newborns.

Riverview Park
$498,836 to acquire 12.2 acres of undeveloped land to develop park

Steven J. Underwood Memorial Park
$177,071 for ballfield lighting

Kent Readiness Center
